Brighton Park at Greenbrier

Brighton Park invites you to our Summer BBQ & Pool Party! It will be held on July 18th at 2:30pm at the West Pool. Food & Drinks will be provided! As you may already know, we are once again transitioning managers. Our interim manager at PMA is Vicki Hatch, vhatch@thinkpma.com. Her office number is 757-646-6247 X105. Phil has already met with Vicki to begin our transition under her leadership. In the meantime, the Board is working with Bishops Tree Service to address the stump issue, we have asked BrightView for a schedule we can post, we have determined the association will do it's own independent audit of the storm water issue, we are working with Relay to remedy the lighting outage, the missing LED bollard, and install two new streetlights, and working with PMA on our vendor payments. The Board will also follow-up with Solitude regarding the pond fountain malfunction since we're unsure where this was left before our latest management transition.
