Brighton Park at Greenbrier was developed by Dragas, a local condo developer, with the first units being completed in 2008. The last of the units were completed in 2011. The development is located in Chesapeake, Virginia and is part of the Hampton Roads region, encompassing the cities of Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Newport News, Hampton, Suffolk, Williamsburg and Northeast North Carolina.
