We are wrapping up our emergency roof replacement program with only two roofs remaining to be completed in the coming weeks.
Next up, we will start our scheduled roof replacement project which will replace roofs on the remaining 35 buildings.
Both of these project phases are being completed by Kyro Builders.
Like prior phases, affected residents will be notified ahead of any work being completed. To read more about this project, visit it's project page.
Homeowners are responsible for replacing their own fence lights, porch lights, and fences. If you find yourself having to replace one of these elements, please follow the links to the approved Porch Light, Post (Fence) Light, and Cedar Fencing. The fence color is Navajo White. If you need to paint your front door or find another original paint color, you can reference the Original Build Sheet. Reference this page if you would like to add a storm door.
If you would like replace your sliding door - refer to this resource.
Sidewalks and siding are cleaned periodically by the Association. If you would like to clean your own patio, or another element outside of the scheduled cleanings, you can try using an Outdoor Ready-to-Spray cleaner.
If you would like to replace an element on your unit that would not conform with existing or approved elements, you may complete an Architectural Review Board form.
